Diagnostic test results
Initial results are typically available within two business days and can be requested by phone or email. Total turnaround time depends on the specimen type and the testing method. If a test result is positive, we will contact you promptly.

Urgent requests
For urgent specimens, please notify our laboratory in advance by phone or email (service@moter-diagnostics.com) and clearly mark specimens as urgent on the analysis order. We will provide test results as quickly as possible – please include your phone number on the order form to facilitate communication.
